What to Expect When Working with Michael
Respectful and Attentive Service
Estate planning involves highly personal conversations about the people and things most important to you. It's extremely important to like and be comfortable with the attorney you're working with. Clients routinely report that working with Betzalel Law was much more enjoyable than they anticipated.
Personalized and Patient Service
In order to arrive at the best result, a LOT of questions need to be asked - both by me and you. I make time for it, I enjoy it, and you’ll feel good that we left no stone unturned. What separates a fantastic estate planning experience from a poor one is the care, attention to detail, and effort of the attorney managing the process.
Collaborative Estate Planning Strategy
I don't expect you to come in knowing everything (or anything) about the best estate plan strategy for you. My job is to engage you in a robust discussion and work with you through a series of decisions that come from that conversation. Together we’ll arrive at the right result.
Transparent and Fair Pricing
Estate planning is a valuable service. A good plan will take effort, energy, and hours to implement. I charge fees that are aimed to be both fair to my clients in not breaking the bank and fair in relation to the effort I expend. Most fees are flat rates unless otherwise desired by the client (e.g., sometimes clients prefer no up front cost, but rather a percentage of the value of an estate or an hourly rate in probate administration).
Prompt Service and Excellent Communication
I value doing a great job for my clients. Consequently, I cap the number of clients I work with at one time so that each client receives a great experience. I keep you updated on progress and expected delivery dates, and I'm readily available by phone or email for any questions.
Long-Term Support and Guidance
Your estate plan isn't just a one-time document—it should evolve as your life and circumstances change. I remain available to help you update your plan over time, answer future questions, and guide your family if they ever need support. My goal is to be your trusted advisor for years to come, not just a one-time service provider.
